ABOUT THE DOCUMENTARY: The story of those who live simply in a handcrafted house.
Visiting the pioneers of “Tiny House Movement” spreading on the West Coast of the United States, I went to find a new form of happiness, such as a small life, a variety of lifestyles, and coexistence with the community. The lives of the people who selected Tiny House for various reasons are very unique. By letting go of something, we succeed in getting lots of freedom. From the views of these people’s languages and livelihoods, you may find hints to live your way yourself.
Featured in the film: Dee Williams / B.A. Norrgard / Ryan Mitchell / Derin Williams / Jenna Spesard / Andrew Morrison / Gabriella Stupakoff Morrison / Terra Morrison / Alex Lisefski / Jay Shafer and many more!
Producer Yuichi Takeuchi and director Ben Matsunaga will be joining us for a Q&A after the screening and many of the tiny housers featured in the film will be appearing onstage.
