Teresa Geisheker is a City Planner in the wonderful City of Houston, TX, with specialized knowledge of residential planning and regulations. (Yes, “the rules.”) As City Planner, she has begun networking with local tiny enthusiasts, such as those on the LITTLE (Local Initiatives Towards Tiny Living Environments) facebook page, and encouraging folks to work with the relatively building environment in Houston.
She has coordinated, served as emcee, and spoken at the all-day training workshops for the planning department for the past 10 years. She was previously a site selection coordinator, and then became manager for the start-up of the Houston Habitat for Humanity affiliate.
She is also a tiny house enthusiast with a new little cabin in central Texas that was designed and built with Americans with Disabilities considerations for her immediate family.
